The Hi2u site has stopped using guest book facilities due to abuse from those parties who deliver unwanted and unpleasant spam. Maybe at some time in the future a new guest book facility could be back on the Hi2u site. So you are welcome to have a look in the future to see if the Hi2u site has started up a new guest book. However this is unlikely to be for some time.
